1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceDrop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoiceDrop is a voice messaging application that allows users to send and receive short audio messages to friends. Messages can be viewed through the App and via home screen widgets.

3. Account Registration

To use VoiceDrop, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must not share your account with others

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the voice messages you create ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to send content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains hate speech or discrimination
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains sexually explicit material
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains malware or harmful code

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceDrop offers optional premium subscriptions ("VoiceDrop Pro") with additional features:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Current subscription options:

  • Weekly: $1.99/week
  • Monthly: $4.99/month
  • Yearly: $29.99/year
  • Lifetime: $49.99 (one-time purchase)

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by VoiceDrop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICEDROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
